สิ่งที่อยู่ในเครื่องของคุณ
แอปจำว่าลูกปลุกตัวอักษรตัวไหนแล้ว ลากเส้นตัวไหนแล้ว เล่นถึงขั้นไหน (ประสมสระอา เพื่อนเสียงเหมือน ไม้เอก ไม้โท และด่านบนแผนที่ที่เล่นแล้ว) ความยากของการลากที่เกมปรับให้เอง และการตั้งค่าของผู้ปกครอง (เช่น เวลาเล่นต่อรอบ จำนวนตัวอักษรใหม่ต่อวัน เปิดปิดเสียง) ข้อมูลเหล่านี้เก็บอยู่ในพื้นที่ของแอปบน iPad หรือ iPhone เครื่องนั้นเท่านั้น ไม่ได้ซิงก์ไป iCloud และไม่ถูกส่งมาถึงเรา
ถ้าคุณสำรองข้อมูลเครื่อง (เช่น การสำรองข้อมูลของ Apple) ข้อมูลของแอปจะติดไปในข้อมูลสำรองของคุณเอง ซึ่ง Apple เป็นผู้ดูแล เราไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ ลบแอปเมื่อไร ข้อมูลในเครื่องก็หายไปด้วย

- แอปไม่เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อส่งข้อมูลใด ๆ และเล่นได้ทั้งหมดโดยไม่ต่อเน็ต
สิทธิ์ที่แอปขอ
ไม่มี แอปไม่ขอใช้ไมโครโฟน กล้อง รูปภาพ ตำแหน่ง รายชื่อผู้ติดต่อ หรือการแจ้งเตือน
การซื้อในแอป
การปลดล็อกดำเนินการโดย Apple ผ่าน App Store และอยู่หลังล็อกสำหรับผู้ปกครองเสมอ เราไม่เห็นข้อมูลการชำระเงินหรือ Apple ID ของคุณ แอปรู้เพียงว่าปลดล็อกแล้วหรือยัง ถ้าเปิด “ขอซื้อ” (Ask to Buy) ไว้ การซื้อจะรอผู้ปกครองอนุมัติก่อน
เมื่อแอปปิดตัวเองกะทันหัน
iPad และ iPhone ทุกเครื่องมีระบบรายงานการขัดข้องในตัว ถ้าเปิด “แชร์การวิเคราะห์” ไว้ที่ การตั้งค่า → ความเป็นส่วนตัวและความปลอดภัย → การวิเคราะห์และการปรับปรุง Apple อาจส่งรายงานการขัดข้องที่ไม่ระบุตัวตนมาให้ผู้พัฒนา สวิตช์นี้เป็นของคุณ ปิดเมื่อไรก็ได้ แอปยังทำงานเหมือนเดิม

เด็ก

ถ้าคุณอีเมลหาเรา
เราจะได้รับอีเมลของคุณและสิ่งที่คุณเขียน ใช้เพื่อตอบกลับและแก้ปัญหาที่แจ้งเท่านั้น เก็บไว้เท่าที่จำเป็น (ไม่เกิน 24 เดือน) แล้วลบ ไม่ใช้ทำการตลาด และไม่ส่งต่อให้ใคร กล่องอีเมลของเราใช้บริการ iCloud Mail ของ Apple
สิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณมีสิทธิ์ตาม พ.ร.บ.คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล เช่น ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูล แต่เนื่องจากแอปไม่ส่งข้อมูลใดมาถึงเรา สิทธิ์เหล่านี้จึงใช้ได้กับอีเมลที่คุณส่งมาเท่านั้น ส่วนข้อมูลในแอปคุณลบเองได้ด้วยการลบแอป
ร้องเรียนได้ที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (pdpc.or.th) หรือหน่วยงานในประเทศของคุณ โดยไม่ต้องติดต่อเราก่อน
เว็บไซต์นี้

ถ้าแอปเปลี่ยนไป เราจะปรับหน้านี้และแก้วันที่ “ปรับปรุงล่าสุด” ด้านบน ถ้าเป็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงสำคัญ เช่น มีข้อมูลประเภทใหม่ จะแจ้งไว้ชัด ๆ ที่หน้านี้และในบันทึกเวอร์ชันบน App Store

In one sentence: this policy covers the KorKaiAlive (ก ไก่ มีชีวิต) app; the app collects, sends and shares no personal data about the child or the parent, and play progress stays on your device.
Who we are
The controller is KrapowKaidao Studio, an independent studio in Bangkok, Thailand. Contact: support@krapowkaidao.com.
What stays on your device
Which letters your child has woken and traced, how far each has gone (blending with า, sound twins, tone marks, and the map levels already played), the tracing difficulty the game adjusts by itself, and the parent settings (session length, new letters per day, sound switches). This lives in the app’s own storage on that iPad or iPhone only. It is not synced to iCloud and never reaches us. If you back up your device, it is included in your own backup, which Apple manages and we cannot access. Deleting the app deletes it.
What we don’t do
No accounts, no ads, no analytics, no third-party code in the app, no tracking (the iOS tracking prompt never appears). The app makes no network connections of its own to send anything, and every activity works offline.
Permissions
None. No microphone, camera, photos, location, contacts or notifications.
Purchases
The unlock is handled by Apple through the App Store and always sits behind the parental gate. We never see payment details or your Apple ID; the app only learns whether it is unlocked. With Ask to Buy, the purchase waits for a parent’s approval.
When the app crashes
If Share iPad/iPhone Analytics is on in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share an anonymised crash report with the developer. It shows where the code stopped, the device model and the system version. It holds nothing your child did or said and nothing that identifies you. We use it only to fix bugs.
Children
The app is made for young children, so it is designed to collect no personal information from them at all. With nothing collected, no parental-consent process is needed under children’s privacy laws (such as Thailand’s PDPA, the US COPPA and the GDPR). Purchases, settings and every link out of the app are behind the parental gate.
If you email us
We receive your address and what you write, use it only to reply and fix what you report, keep it only as long as needed (no more than 24 months), never use it for marketing and never pass it on. Our mailbox runs on Apple iCloud Mail.
Your rights
Rights of access, correction and deletion apply to correspondence you send us; app data you delete yourself by deleting the app. You may complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee (pdpc.or.th) or your own authority at any time.
This website
krapowkaidao.com is served by Cloudflare, which handles IP addresses in passing to deliver and protect the pages. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party scripts.
Changes
We update this page and its “Last updated” date when the app changes, and call out material changes here and in the App Store release notes.
