Support (English)

Contact: support@krapowkaidao.com . A person reads and answers every message. For a bug, tell us the device model, the iPadOS/iOS version and what happened (no photos of your child needed).

Opening the grown-ups’ area

Tap the lock button at the top left of the screen, then type the answer to the easy sum shown (“23 + 15 = ?” → 3 8). A wrong answer shows a new sum, and after several wrong answers in a row the keypad waits a little, so a child can’t get in by tapping at random.

Restore a purchase

After a reinstall or on a new device: open the grown-ups’ area, go to the Unlock section and tap “Restore purchase” (กู้คืนการซื้อ), signed in with the same Apple ID. You won’t pay again. With Family Sharing on, family members share the purchase. Play progress moves to a new device only through a device backup.

Waiting for approval

This means Ask to Buy is on: the purchase is waiting for the family organiser. Once approved, the garden opens by itself.

Setting play time

In the grown-ups’ area, choose “Play time each day”: 5, 10, 15 or 20 minutes (10 by default). It is one total per calendar day. There is no clock or counter on screen for your child.

Why the garden rests until tomorrow

When the day’s play time is used up, the sky turns to dusk and the garden goes to sleep until the next day (after midnight). When the new day comes, your child taps the moon to wake the garden, and the day and its play time begin. The rest keeps each day’s play to a sensible length. To carry on straight away, open the grown-ups’ area and tap “Start the next day now” (it appears once play time is up). For longer days, raise “Play time each day” on the same page.

When a day’s story ends

When your child finishes the day’s story, the garden diary opens by itself and ticks the day. If play time is left, tapping the next day’s card carries on; if it runs out first, the garden rests as above.

Trying a day before you buy

In the grown-ups’ area, tap “Try a day first” to play one day from the whole garden. Nothing is saved, and your child’s progress does not change.

Voice and character

Choose Thai, English, or Thai with the English names of vegetables and dishes, and pick the character, on the same page.

“Try it at home” cards

The grown-ups’ area has an easy recipe card for each dish your child cooked, with an allergy line. Cook it together, then tick “We tried it”.

Refunds

Email us first; we’d like to fix the problem. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Deleting play data

Delete the app and everything stored on the device goes with it; we hold no copy. A purchase can be restored later with the same Apple ID.

Which devices

iPad and iPhone on iPadOS/iOS 18 or later. It plays without internet (buying needs it).
